The soft, velvety hand creams are scented with Iceland 1871, an uplifting, balancing fragrance inspired by William Morris’s voyage to the Nordic island. Mild, sweet honey-like notes combine with fresh, grounding scents of bergamot, orange blossom, patchouli and leather.

Chicory root extract underpins the gentle beauty formulation. It has prebiotic qualities known to help soothe and feed the skin’s natural flora. Enriched with vitamin E, cocoa butter, shea butter, jojoba and macadamia oils blended for hands that feel soft.

Packaged in paper board sourced from responsibly managed forests, printed with vegetable-based inks. Kraft paper hand cream tubes. Cruelty free and vegan friendly.

About The Print About The Print

Perhaps William Morris’s most recognisable design, Strawberry Thief was inspired by the thrushes that crept under Morris’s strawberry nets in his garden at Kelmscott Manor, Oxfordshire.

The original pattern took several days to print using hand-carved woodblocks to build up the different colours, and ‘Strawberry Thief’ was consequently one of Morris’s firm’s most expensive cottons. Whilst waiting to see the first piece printed, Morris endured sleepless nights in his lodgings at Merton Abbey. Designed in 1883, Strawberry Thief remains one of William Morris’s most popular and iconic designs.
