As the festive season approaches, we want to take a moment to inform you about some important updates to our operations during this special time of year.
Customer Service Team Closure
Our customer service team will be taking a well-deserved break from 20th December to 6th January, to allow our team to spend quality time with their loved one. During this period, customer service will be closed, and our team will respond to enquiries from 6th January onward.
Warehouse Closure
Our warehouse will be open for a one-off on Boxing Day itself, the 26th December, and then closed again from 27th December. Our website will remain open for orders, including our Boxing Day offers available until 31st December, but any orders placed after Midday, 27th December will be shipped from 6th January onward.
We’re incredibly grateful for your support throughout the year and for your understanding during this closure period. This break is vital for our team, giving them the opportunity to rest, recharge, and share in the festive spirit.
If you’re planning to shop during the holidays, we encourage you to place your orders early to avoid delays. All purchases made after 27th December will be handled as quickly as possible once we’re back in full swing.
